SHIPPING SERVICES EXPLAINED

SERVICES EXPLAINED:

• We send our parcels out with Bob Go for all parcels that needs to go to your Door,  PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
• Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number. 
• You can track your PUDO order HERE.

If your address is in a "high risk" area, surcharges will apply. Please read more about surcharges HERE.

If your order is urgent please let us know in the "leave us a note" section of your order. Parcels are normally delivered within 2-3 days of payment or slightly longer during holiday season or out of stock - we will contact you if this is the case.
