1. Massage a small amount of Comfy Butter onto your lower belly, lower back, or wherever you feel cramps or tension. 2. Use slow, circular motions and breathe deeply as the warming botanicals begin to soothe.
3. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

  • We us PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, for all deliveries outside Bloemfontein.
  • We will ship to your DOOR, however, if Courier Guy/PUDO say they "cannot deliver to that address", we will contact you for your nearest Courier Guy Kiosk or Locker.
