We have partnered with Shipping Hub, a shipping platform to ship, track, and manage your orders through a complete online shipment platform. By using a platform such as Shipping Hub, we can more correctly predict when your parcel will be delivered. 

Our prices are as follows:

Shipping Rates**
R750 or more: Free Shipping (up to 15kg)

If the value of the goods in your cart is less than R750 then a shipping fee will be applied. You can select your preferred option by rate or what is most convenient for you. 

R749.99 or less:

  • 1-5kg, Courier Door to Door Delivery from R115.00*
  • 6-25kg, Courier Door to Door Delivery from R135.00*
  • 26kg and more: P.O.R.

We also offer Paxi, Pep Stores to Pep Stores:

Orders over R750: 5-7days, 0 - 5kg, FREE

Orders less than R750: 5-7days, 0-5kg, R85

Surcharges:
All shipping rates are approximate only and subject to final validation. Surcharges for insurance, additional weight or regional or outlaying areas may apply. We reserve the right to change the delivery method if your area is deemed a regional or outlaying area by our shipping providers, which will be communicated to you.

Please remember: Our couriers can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can’t deliver to your address we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Our shipping partners will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.

If you live in the main city centre then the approximate shipping time is 1-3 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.

Shipping Insurance:

  • There is no liability cover available.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

    We make our product fresh every day, so after receiving your order we will usually have your order ready for dispatch within 2 - 3 business days. Products on our site are subject to availability and days may sometimes occur that are outside of our control, and consequently any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.  We dispatch all orders (unless otherwise communicated to you) within 2-3 days of receiving payment confirmation.  

      Please note:  Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are the customer's expense.  

      DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

      Not generally, but are open to discuss with the customer. Before payment, please ask for a quotation regarding the delivery to the specific country.
