DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment. Orders, where payment is received after 12:00 pm on a Friday, will be processed on the following Monday. 

OUR SHIPPING COSTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Enjoy FREE shipping nationwide when you spend R1000 or more.
• Send your own courier - FREE
• Self-Collection from 72 Waverley Road, Bloemfontein - FREE - you should receive an email when your parcel is ready for collection.
• Delivery in Bloemfontein at a cost of R70.
• A Fixed Courier Cost of R100 for orders under R1000; the weight must also be under 10kg or the box 60cm x 61cm x 19cm,
  • We us PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, for all deliveries outside Bloemfontein.
  • We will ship to your DOOR, however, if Courier Guy/PUDO say they "cannot deliver to that address", we will contact you for your nearest Courier Guy Kiosk or Locker.
  • If your address is in a "high risk" area, surcharges will apply. Please read more about surcharges HERE.
