Peppermint & Lemongrass Foot Scrub – Natural Exfoliation & Revitalization

Fine Sea Salt, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Hempseed Oil, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Rosemary Essential Oils & Botanicals.

Prepare for your scrub:
1. Create a foot bath: Fill a basin or tub with enough warm water to cover your feet.
2. Add Epsom salt (optional): For extra soothing benefits, add 1/2 to 1 cup of Epsom salt to the water and soak your feet for 15–20 minutes. This helps to soften calluses and soothe tired muscles.
3. Pat your feet dry: Gently pat your feet with a towel, leaving them slightly damp.

Scrub and exfoliate:
1. Apply the scrub: Scoop a small amount of the salt scrub into your hands.
2. Massage in circular motions: Starting with one foot, use your hands to gently massage the scrub in circular motions. Focus on the soles, heels, and any other areas with rough or dry skin.
3. Be cautious with wounds: Avoid using the scrub on any cuts, blisters, or open wounds, as the salt can cause stinging.
4. Use a tool (optional): For tougher spots, you can use a foot brush or a pumice stone for additional exfoliation.

Rinse and moisturize
1. Rinse thoroughly: After scrubbing, rinse your feet with warm water until all the salt and oil residue is gone.
2. Pat dry: Gently pat your feet dry with a clean towel. Be aware that the oils in the scrub can make your feet slippery.
3. Moisturize: To seal in the softness, apply a thick moisturizer, foot cream, or body oil to your feet.
4. Put on socks (optional): For extra soft results, put on a pair of thick, cozy socks to help the moisturizer penetrate your skin.

  • We us PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, for all deliveries outside Bloemfontein.
  • We will ship to your DOOR, however, if Courier Guy/PUDO say they "cannot deliver to that address", we will contact you for your nearest Courier Guy Kiosk or Locker.
