HOW TO USE:

Pour 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt into a freshly run bath. Allow a few minutes for salt to dissolve. Enjoy a 15 - 20 minute relaxing bath/soak self-care experience. Recommended use: 1-2 times a week. Drink water after any salt bath.
