Delivery is available across South Africa, with costs and delivery times varying according to your location and preferred delivery method. Orders over R700 qualify for Free Delivery within South Africa.

DO YOU COURIER? 

We offer door-to-door courier services to geolocatable street addresses across South Africa. Courier services are provided exclusively by The Courier Guy & Pep Paxi.

Special delivery restrictions:
Please note that we are unable to deliver via courier to certain locations, including:

  • Plots and farms
  • Mines
  • Military bases
  • Major chain stores
  • Power stations
  • Game reserves and lodges
  • Airports

WHAT PICK-UP OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We deliver to convenient pick-up points across South Africa.

Options include:

1. You can choose to collect your parcel from Pep (Paxi) Pickup Points located at retail stores across South Africa.

2. You can choose to collect your parcel from Courier Guy shop/depots via PUDO Locker to Locker. This means that JUSBLISS will take your parcel to our closest Courier Guy (LOCKER) and you will collect at a PUDO locker - which is mostly a Courier Guy branch, but can be in a Spar, Filling Station etc for smaller towns.

3. Customers are also welcome to pick-up orders from our shop and studio at 72 Waverley Road, Bloemfontein. Simply select 'Pick-Up' on checkout. 

 

CAN I COLLECT FROM YOUR SHOP/STUDIO?

You are welcome to collect orders directly from our warehouse. Simply select the "Pick-up" option presented during online checkout.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

All orders are processed within 1* business day, unless we contact you to let you know about delays.

*In-Stock items. Any order including a product purchased with a "Out of Stock (which will be clearly listed on the relevant variant on each product pages) will be subject to the stated delay. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL DELIVERY?

You'll receive automated shipping updates by email as well as WhatsApp if you have opted-in.

You can also track your shipment by checking on your unique order number that will be given to you by Charlene. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any trouble tracking your order shipment. We're here to help.

 

DO YOU COURIERS DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?

There are no standard deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Our courier partners will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm only. If you need to have your parcel on the Friday latest, the order needs to be in with us before Wednesday at 4.00pm - otherwise we cannot guarantee it.

 

CAN I SEND MY OWN COURIER TO COLLECT?

Yes. At checkout you can choose to select send your own courier. After placing your order please WhatsApp Charlene at 08439521365 and let her know that you are personally arranging for courier collection of your parcel - please make sure to include your order number, the courier company name and a copy of the waybill provided by your courier.

Please note:

For security/logistical reasons we are unable to hand-off your parcel to independent couriers without first having a copy of the waybill.

 

DO YOU EXPORT?

Unfortunately, many of the natural products that we stock, including seeds and botanicals, essential oils and a number of cosmetic ingredients, are restricted for export / import by customs regulations, and restricted from flying by airline regulations.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS OR DAMAGES

Stock delays:

Any order including a product purchased with a "Stock Delay" (found listed on relevant product pages) will be subject to said delay prior to shipping. Please take said delay into account when placing your order.

Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking or strike action could also prolong the delivery time. It's rare, but it can happen. If you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please CONTACT US with your order details so that we can follow up for you. We're here to help.

Damaged parcels or items:

If you don't receive your parcel in good condition, or if any item is broken or damaged, please let us know within 3 days of your delivery so that we can offer prompt assistance.

If an item is damaged then we will gladly assist with getting a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

We ask that you take photographs of the damaged item and/or parcel as soon as it's received and forward these to our customer service team as soon as possible.
